This right is protected by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227. Opt-out requests are honored within 30 days per 47 CFR § 64.1200(d). National Do Not Call Registry

Registering with EnrollSmartNow’s internal Do Not Call list is separate from the federal National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the FTC. If you have not already registered your number with the National DNC Registry, we recommend doing so.

National DNC Registry: Visit donotcall.gov or call 1-888-382-1222 (TTY: 1-866-290-4236) to register your number. Registration is free and permanent. Most telemarketers are required by FTC rule to honor the National DNC Registry within 31 days of registration.
