ADA Title III — WCAG 2.1 AA

Accessibility Statement

EnrollSmartNow is committed to making our website accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our conformance status and how to request assistance.

Our Commitment

EnrollSmartNow, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for all visitors and apply relevant accessibility standards to our websites and subdomains.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice’s 2024 final rule under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12182.

Conformance Status

Current Status: We are actively working toward WCAG 2.1 AA conformance across all pages. Some pages or features may not yet fully conform. We are committed to remediating identified barriers on an ongoing basis.

Accessibility features currently implemented across EnrollSmartNow pages:

  • Skip navigation link — allows keyboard users to bypass repeated navigation and go directly to main content
  • Semantic HTML — proper use of landmark roles (header, nav, main, footer), headings, and lists
  • ARIA labels — all form fields, buttons, and interactive elements have descriptive labels
  • Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard alone
  • Focus indicators — visible focus outlines on all interactive elements for keyboard users
  • Color contrast — text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.1 AA 4.5:1 contrast ratio requirements
  • Scalable text — pages remain functional when text is scaled up to 200%
  • No autoplay media — no audio or video plays automatically without user initiation
  • Alt text — meaningful images include descriptive alt text; decorative images use empty alt
  • Form error identification — form validation errors are clearly identified and described in text
  • Language declaration — all pages declare language in the HTML element for screen reader compatibility
  • Consistent navigation — navigation is consistent across all pages

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following accessibility limitations and are working to address them:

  • Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We are working to remediate or replace these documents.
  • Third-party content and tools embedded on our pages (such as consent management tools) may have their own accessibility limitations outside our direct control.
  • Some complex data tables may need additional ARIA attributes for optimal screen reader experience.

We are committed to remediating all identified barriers. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please contact us using the information below.

Technical Specifications

Our websites rely on the following technologies for conformance:

  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript (ES6+) — used for form interaction and dynamic content; pages are functional without JavaScript for core content
  • WAI-ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) 1.1

Pages have been tested using Google Chrome with NVDA screen reader, keyboard-only navigation testing, and automated accessibility scanning tools.

Assessment Approach

EnrollSmartNow assesses accessibility through:

  • Self-evaluation using automated testing tools
  • Manual keyboard navigation testing
  • Screen reader testing with NVDA and VoiceOver
  • Regular review of WCAG 2.1 success criteria against implemented pages

We conduct accessibility reviews at least annually and whenever significant new features are deployed. This statement was last reviewed in January 2026.
