EnrollSmartNow, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed insurance marketing organization (IMO) and lead generation service operating at enrollsmartnow.com and fe.enrollsmartnow.com. We are not an insurance carrier, underwriter, or claims administrator.
We connect consumers who are interested in final expense and life insurance with state-licensed insurance agents and carriers. We are compensated by insurance carriers and agents when a policy is issued β not by consumers.

Vehicle Information (Auto Insurance)
For auto insurance requests: vehicle year, make, model, and intended use. Used solely to obtain insurance quotes from licensed auto insurance agents. Not used for any other purpose or sold separately.
Medicare-Specific Information
For Medicare requests: Medicare eligibility status, enrollment period, date of birth, and plan interests. Collected to connect you with CMS-compliant licensed Medicare insurance agents. Medicare-related calls are recorded 100% as required by CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines Chapter 3.

5. How We Share Your Information
A. With Licensed Insurance Agents & Carriers
We share your information with state-licensed insurance agents and insurance carriers who are listed on our Marketing Partners page to connect you with insurance quotes and coverage options. These are the parties who will contact you based on your consent.
B. With Service Providers
We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as:
- CRM and lead management systems
- Website analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics)
- TrustedForm and similar TCPA compliance documentation services
- Email service providers (for opt-in email communications)
- Fraud prevention and identity verification services
These service providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.
Jornaya (LeadiD) β Consent Documentation
We use Jornaya LeadiD (Verisk Analytics) to document consumer consent events. When you interact with a form on our website, Jornaya's script generates a unique LeadiD token capturing the session fingerprint, timestamp, and consent event. This token is transmitted with your lead record and retained for a minimum of 5 years for TCPA compliance purposes. Jornaya's privacy policy is available at jornaya.com/privacy-policy.
C. For Legal Compliance & Safety
We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect the safety of any person or prevent fraud.
D. Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or prominent website notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
E. What We Do NOT Do
- We do not sell your information to unaffiliated third parties for their own unrelated marketing
- We do not share your information with political organizations
- We do not share health information beyond what is necessary for insurance matching

10. Email Opt-Out (CAN-SPAM Act)

We maintain an internal Do Not Call list. Opt-out requests are honored within 30 days per 47 C.F.R. Β§ 64.1200(d)(3).
12. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal retention requirements:
- TCPA consent records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by FCC regulations and litigation risk management
- Marketing communications: Retained for up to 3 years after last interaction
- Financial/transaction records: Retained for 7 years per applicable tax and accounting laws
- Deleted/opt-out requests: We maintain opt-out records indefinitely to prevent re-adding you to contact lists
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 7). Note that we may retain certain information as required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes.
13. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include:
