We are not a government entity, insurance company, licensed insurance agent, or licensed insurance broker. We do not sell insurance, provide insurance quotes, or enroll consumers in any insurance plan. We connect consumers who request information with licensed insurance professionals.
EnrollSmartNow is a private company. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of: Medicare, Medicaid, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Social Security Administration (SSA), the ACA Marketplace (Healthcare.gov), or any federal, state, or local government agency or program. Use of insurance-related terminology on our site does not imply any government relationship.
Our services are available to U.S. residents only, age 18 and older. By using our website, you represent that you are a U.S. resident aged 18 or older. We may block access from non-U.S. IP addresses. We do not knowingly serve minors.
When you submit a form on any EnrollSmartNow website, you are voluntarily and affirmatively requesting to be contacted by licensed insurance agents and agencies. All insurance-related decisions, recommendations, and enrollments are made exclusively by licensed insurance agents and agencies that are independent of EnrollSmartNow.
EnrollSmartNow makes no guarantees regarding: (a) the availability of any specific insurance plan; (b) premium amounts or subsidy amounts; (c) eligibility for any insurance plan or government program; (d) approval for coverage; (e) the quality, reliability, or conduct of any licensed agent or agency we connect you with. All such determinations are made by licensed professionals based on your individual circumstances.
You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading information; (b) use our website for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to circumvent our security measures; (d) submit forms on behalf of another person without their authorization; (e) use automated bots or scripts to access our website; (f) access our website from outside the United States in violation of these Terms.
All content on EnrollSmartNow websites, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to EnrollSmartNow, LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
