Important Information About Deletion Requests

Consent Records: We are legally required to retain certain consent records (TCPA compliance records, including your Jornaya LeadiD and TrustedForm certificate) for a minimum of 5 years. Even if you request deletion, we cannot delete these records because they are required by law to document that any contact made with you by our licensed agent partners was lawfully consented to. If you have already been contacted by a licensed agent, that consent record must be retained as legal proof of their lawful authority to contact you.

What Happens After Your Request

When we receive a verified request, we will: (1) confirm receipt within 10 business days; (2) process your request within 45 days (up to 90 days if complex, with notice); (3) notify you of any information we cannot delete and explain why; (4) forward your opt-out request to licensed agent partners who received your information, as required by applicable law.
