EnrollSmartNow, LLC ("EnrollSmartNow," "we," "us," "our") is an independent marketing and consumer referral company. We operate the website enrollsmartnow.com and the subdomains feins.enrollsmartnow.com, medins.enrollsmartnow.com, acains.enrollsmartnow.com, and autoins.enrollsmartnow.com (collectively, "Sites"). We are not a government entity, insurance company, licensed broker, or insurance agent.
Information You Provide: When you submit a form, we collect: first and last name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, state, date of birth, gender, and any additional information relevant to the specific insurance type you inquired about.
Automatically Collected: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps, and device information.
Third-Party Verification: We use Jornaya (LeadiD) and TrustedForm to verify and document your consent. These services collect behavioral data during your form interaction, including consumer actions and the text you were shown. See our Compliance Page for details. Jornaya may provide Visual Playback of your form session to mutual clients for compliance auditing purposes, per Jornaya's policy.
Licensed Insurance Professionals: Your information is shared with licensed insurance agents, agencies, and carriers ("Buyers") who may contact you to discuss insurance options. These Buyers are required by contract to use your information only for the insurance vertical for which you provided consent and may not resell your information without authorization.
Service Providers: We share data with our technology providers including Google (Google Sheets), our custom CRM platform, Jornaya (consent verification), TrustedForm (consent certification), and hosting/security providers. These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
We Do NOT: Sell your information to data brokers, marketing lists, or non-insurance third parties not described above.
When you submit a form, you expressly request to be contacted by licensed insurance agents. Contact may occur by telephone (including autodialed or prerecorded calls), text message (SMS), and/or email. This consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us at optout@enrollsmartnow.com or by telling the agent who contacts you to remove you from their contact list.
Consent records, including Jornaya LeadiD tokens, TrustedForm certificate URLs, IP addresses, timestamps, and consent text snapshots, are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission. Other lead data is retained for as long as necessary for business operations and legal compliance. See our Data Retention Policy for details.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect and how it is used; (2) request deletion of your personal information; (3) opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; (4) non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/SSL encryption in transit, data encryption at rest, server-side access controls, rate limiting, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Sites are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
